THIS IS CELEBRATION
Winter 2026
This is Celebration is more than a series title—it’s a reset for our hearts. Over the next few weeks, we’re going back to the why behind the Church and the why behind us: who Jesus is, what He’s building, and what it looks like to live as His people in our community.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about church—or you’re ready for a fresh start—this series is for you. Come discover the purpose, the mission, and the family God is forming here.

Mike Day - Senior Pastor
In this message from Luke 16:1–13, Pastor Mike walks through one of Jesus’ strangest parables—the dishonest manager—and shows how it exposes what we really value. Instead of dodging the uncomfortable parts, he leans into Jesus’ challenge: what would change if you knew your time and resources were limited, and how are you using what you’ve been given for what lasts forever? This sermon invites us to examine our hearts, our relationship with money, and whether we’re serving God or just chasing “more.”

Melissa Perry - Associate Pastor
In this message from Luke 8, we revisit the Parable of the Sower—not as a kids’ story about “good” and “bad” soils, but as a mirror for our own hearts. We explore why Jesus told parables in the first place, what the different soils reveal about how we hear God’s Word, and how worries, riches, and distractions can choke out real growth. This sermon invites us to become true listeners and “good soil” again—trusting the transforming power of Scripture and the finished work of Jesus to change us from the inside out.

Mike Day - Senior Pastor
In this message, Pastor Mike walks through Psalms 22 and 23 and the real, messy life of David—God’s anointed king who also knew deep failure, unanswered questions, and seasons where God felt painfully silent. Instead of pretending faith is always a mountaintop, we see how Scripture makes space for “My God, why have You forsaken me?” and “The Lord is my shepherd” to live side by side. This sermon invites us to trust God as our Shepherd in the valley, cling to His presence when we don’t feel it, and believe He’s still leading us toward restoration and hope.
